Scope of Practice:

I enjoying working with clients who are experiencing chronic health challenges, anxiety, and / or grief and loss. I also have worked in many settings with those in the aging population and have experience working with those facing aging and end of life challenges as well.

Values and Philosophy:

I recognize each person who comes into my office as a unique individual with experiences that have shaped who they are and how they manage adversity in their life. I tailor each treatment plan to the client as a result and work with you to set goals you would like to reach to feel as well as possible

Techniques and Methodology:

I use a variety of modalities (Rogerian, humanistic approaches, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic, mindfulness, and grief counseling models) in my approach to therapy and individualize each treatment plan. I help my clients to access past and present life experiences to work through issues and move forward in their lives.
